Let the Good Times Roll!

"Let the good times roll" was the motto at Potomac Falls High School
for the past week. Students there collaborated with Rosemallow Event
Co. to host their 80's themed spring dance. For students who didn't enjoy
dancing, the roller skating floor was open for lots of fun, and definitely
lots of falling.

The main hallway was decked out to transform the high school into an
80's pop movie scene. The first thing students saw was the extra-large
TV screen and giant Rubik's cubes.
As you entered through the TV screen you were transported to
a 1980's cineplex with marquee style movie posters. To connect
millennial students to the time period, a Stranger Things mural was
displayed. There was also a life size Pac-man screen to simulate an
arcade. Before you made your way to the roller rink, students could stop
and take a picture with an MTV backdrop or inside an Etch-A-Sketch.

See the hallway in its entirety here!

Rosemallow Event Co. loved working with the student leaders
to develop their event planning skills and share insight into the event
coordination career. Even their principal joined in on the fun and
may have even broken a few rules roller skating around the hallways.
